A website without tracking

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It provides no user accounts or contact form, and it embeds no maps or social-media content. A cookie-consent banner is therefore not required.

Technical delivery of the website

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. When you visit it, technically necessary data such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser and device information, and security or error logs may be processed. This processing is necessary to provide a secure and reliable website and is based on BSN’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact by email or telephone

If you contact BSN by email or telephone, BSN processes the contact details and message content you provide to answer the enquiry, take requested pre-contractual steps and manage a business relationship. Depending on the context, this processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or BSN’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Recipients and retention

Microsoft processes technical data for Azure hosting. Email enquiries are processed through Microsoft 365. Information is kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes, security and incident analysis, handling the enquiry, managing the business relationship, or meeting legal retention obligations. Where Microsoft processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable data-protection law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or—where applicable—object to processing. Contact gabriel.haulik@bsnetworks.eu to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
